The error "Access is denied" can occur when opening HTML files (*.htm) from the PowerUser (or TeamWork) running on Windows Vista when User Account Control (UAC) is enabled and Internet Explorer is the default browser. The error occurs when opening the files by double-clicking or with the Open in Application toolbutton, but not with the document shortcut menu.
